At Marquise Gallery, each piece is original, carefully crafted, and often one-of-a-kind. Because of this, all sales are final. Please read the following policy carefully before completing your purchase.
1. No Refunds or Exchanges
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason other than damage sustained during shipping.
2. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

Contact us at info@marquisegallery.com within 3 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of:

The damaged item

The packaging

The shipping label (if applicable)

Once reviewed, we will either:

Offer a replacement (if available),

Provide store credit,

Or issue a refund for the item, at our discretion.
Claims made after the 3-day window may not be eligible for a resolution.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstance:

4. Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If a return is approved due to damage, we will provide instructions and cover return shipping costs when applicable.
